Step 1: Fill out an admissions application (Offer Letter)
It's the first step toward enrolling in an Australian university or college. The institution or university will send you an Offer Letter based on your academic credentials and IELTS score. After receiving an offer letter from the university/college, you must now compile financial documents for GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant).

Step 3: COE & OSHC (Confirmation of Enrollment)
Documents from the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) are required.
SWIFT documentation from a bank with a NOC (No Objection Letter).
Send a NOC and an offer letter to the bank, along with a fee to the university/college. The fee is then paid from the bank via SWIFT.
Send in a COE application together with bank paperwork.
Colleges and universities will issue COE and OSHC papers.
You can have your medical exam either before or after you submit your visa application.
