Students' language abilities, annual family income, financial resources, and course preferences are all taken into account. Students must be able to communicate in English in order to study in the United States and Australia, and the IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/ CAE examination is used to establish English proficiency in Australia.

Step 1: Fill out an admissions application (Offer Letter)

After receiving an offer letter from the university/college, you must now compile financial documents for GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant).

Step 2: Create a financial strategy.
Financial documents certify that you have the funds to cover your tuition and living expenses while studying in Australia.
*The following documents are required for the GTE application.

  2. All pages of the passport containing the applicant's birth certificate (Colored photocopy)

  3. Annual Income Source Relationship Certificate Tax Clearance Verification of the Address on the Certificate

  5. Savings or a bank loan (accepted from 'A' class financial institutions like a bank)

  6. (At least three months' worth of savings) Proof of finance source or savings in a bank account approved by the university (where the money came from).

Step 3: COE & OSHC (Confirmation of Enrollment)

  1. Documents from the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) are required.

  2. SWIFT documentation from a bank with a NOC (No Objection Letter).

  3. Send a NOC and an offer letter to the bank, along with a fee to the university/college. The fee is then paid from the bank via SWIFT.

  4. Send in a COE application together with bank paperwork.

  5. Colleges and universities will issue COE and OSHC papers.

  6. You can have your medical exam either before or after you submit your visa application.

Step 4: Submit a Visa Application
